Kinetic is a tennis community on the Costa del Sol run by Netcetera OÜ ("we"). By joining or booking a game you agree to these terms.

What Kinetic is

We match players by level and organise games at partner clubs from Estepona to Fuengirola. We are not a tennis club and don't own or run the courts. Each club's own rules, dress code and opening hours apply when you play there.

Membership

• Membership costs €10 a month and renews monthly until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Your membership ends at the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months.
• Founder members (the first 12 people to book a game at each club) pay no membership fee for a year from that booking. The founder members who joined before 31 October 2026 pay no membership fee for as long as they stay members. Each player can hold one founder place. Match fees and court costs still apply.
• We'll tell you before you're charged for the first time.
• If you're a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of joining and get a full refund. If you've already played in that time, we may deduct the value of the games you played.

Match fees and court costs

• We charge €2 per player for each game we organise.
• Court hire is split between the players. The club sets the price. You see your share before you book.
• Some clubs let their own members play free. Guests pay the club's guest price.

Bookings and cancellations

• Your place is confirmed when the booking page says "You're in".
• Cancel from the booking page up to 24 hours before the start and you pay nothing.
• If you cancel later than that, or don't turn up, you still owe your court share and match fee, unless someone takes your place.
• If a game doesn't fill or the club cancels it, you pay nothing.
• If it rains, the club's rules decide whether the court is charged.

Playing safely

You play at your own risk and are responsible for being fit to play. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise we're not liable for losses at the clubs, including lost or damaged belongings.

Behaviour

Be on time, play fair and be respectful to other players and club staff. We may remove anyone from the community or the WhatsApp groups if they repeatedly don't turn up or behave badly.

Changes

If we change these terms or our prices, we'll tell members at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Law

Estonian law applies to these terms. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can bring a claim in your own country's courts.
